Send an Email to a Patient
Get well messages and expressions of care can be an important part of the healing process. Promise Regional staff members will do
their best to deliver your email message if your friend or relative is still a patient in our hospital. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver
emails to patients that are visiting the hospital for outpatient surgery, testing, or the emergency room. We reserve the right to read
and review all emails. Emails containing unsuitable or offensive messages will not be delivered. If a patient is not at Promise Regional,
we will attempt to contact the sender. If a patient has already been discharged, we will attempt to contact the sender and the message will
be discarded.
