At Hutchinson Regional, every patient, family member or friend is a guest. Guest Relations is designed to create positive experiences for all of our guests. Your satisfaction and quality of care are our top priorities. The Guest Relations staff is available to discuss any requests, questions, concerns or complaints. (620.513.4020)

At Your Service

Hutchinson Regional's 24-hour guest call line is answered by a trained representative who can answer questions, order services and assist famiy members with a variety of needs. When a concern is reported, we'll do everything we can to resolve it or provide a defined plan of solution within 30 minutes. (xt. 4321)

Beauty Shop

Our shop offers complete beautician services for men and women by an independently contracted stylist. If you wish to use these services, please call 620.665.2072. Closed Mondays.

Cafeteria Hours

The cafeteria is located on the lower level. It is open from 6:15a.m.-3:00p.m. and 5:00p.m.-7:00p.m.

Hot meals are served in the cafeteria from:
6:15a.m. - 8:15a.m., 11:00a.m.-1:00p.m., 5:00p .m.-7:00p.m.

Guest Book Cart

For those interested in reading, books are available for checkout. Volunteers distribute a variety of books and magazines to patient rooms Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

Wireless Internet Access

WIFI is available as a courtesy to our patients and visitors. This service is easy, does not require any hospital staff intervention and is provided free of charge.

Notary Services

Hutchinson Regional has notary services available during normal business hours. Please call 620.513.3866 for assistance.

ATM

ATMs are located by the cafeteria (lower level) and emergency department (main level).

Vending Machine Area

Soft drinks and various food items are available 24 hours a day in the vending area outside the cafeteria.

Medical Library

Patient families and community members are welcome to access the resources of the medical library during normal operating hours. The library is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 4:30 pm.
