All patients scheduled for a procedure at the Same-Day Surgery Center are asked to call the Pre-Admission Surgical Screening (PASS) office prior to the day of your surgery.

Most pre-admission screening questions and instructions can be completed by telephone.

Fri                              7:00 am to 5:30 pm
